4、ortdifferentiatedservicesinwebservers，themethodsoftechnologiesandimplementationofpoliciesshouldbedeeplystudied．Thisdissertationmakesalotofresearchesontheseaspectsandputsforthanumberofnovelpoliciesandmethods．Themaincontributionsofthedissertationareconcludedasfollows：

5、1．WebdifferentiatedserviceisinheritedfromtraditionalwebtechnologyandintegratedwithInternetdifferentiatedservicetoprovideQoSmanagement．Asthefoundationofourresearches，thedissertationstudiesthewebtechnologies，webclustertechnologies，webaccesscharacteristicsandInternetdi
