4、andimplementit．BasedonthemultistreamingofSCTP,theschemeassignapriorityvaluetoeachlogicalstreaminSCPTassociation,andthenputthedataofprioritizedlogicalstreamtocorrespondingprioritizedoutputqueue．Finally,weschedulethesequeueswithschedulingalgorithms，whichcouldensurethetransmissionofthemoreimportantdat
