3、seedinoculumshavebeenapplied.Sometimes,highconcentrationofindigenousmicroorganismscaninhibittheprevalenceofinoculatedonesThus,aninoculationmethodthatcaneffectivelycontroltheindigenouscellconcentrationishighlydesired.Theinoculatedmicrobialpopulationsandcommunitycomposition

4、swouldkeepevolvingincessantly,leadingtovariationsamongdifferentcompostingstagesTowellunderstandinoculationcompostingprocess,itisnecessarytodividethecompostingprocessesintomultiplestagesHowever,mostoftheexistingsystemsseldomconsideredthevariousstagesofinoculationcomposting

5、processes.Thisleadstodifficultiesindeterminingtheefficiencyofinoculation.OBJECTIVETheobjectiveofthisstudyistodevelopanewinoculationmethodtoenhancetheefficiencyofcompostingprocess,bycontrollingtheindigenouscellconcentrationandmakingtheremainingsolidsmoreamenabletobiologica

6、lattack.Inaddition,thisresearchalsoaimsatthedevelopmentofamoreoptimummethodforestimatingtheinoculationefficiency.MATERIALSANDMETHODSMunicipalsoildwaste(MSW)fromatypicalcommunityinBeijingwerecollected,sortedandmixeddirectlywithsawdustwithoutdrying.Theorganicscontentwasarou
