3、sts'experienceandfeelingsandimpressionondestination.However,communityinvolvementhasn'trealized,anddegreeofinvolvementandlevelofinvolvementaregenerallylowintourismdevelopmentpractice.Communityresidentsareengagedinnon-technicalorsemi-skilledworkwhichinvolveineconomicactivit
4、iesandseldominterveneinmanagementanddecision,andtheyarelackofinvolvementandinterestsaredamagedinpolitics,economicsandsociety,whichresultincultureheritage,canbeeffectivelyprotected.Communityinvolvementisanindividualandpassiveprocess.Subjectpositionofcommunityresidentsiness
5、enceisignored,whichisthereasonthatinvolvementofcommunityresidentsfailinpractice.Therefore,onlyiftherightandsystemframeworkwillbesetupbycommunityempowerment,subjectpositionofcommunityresidentsarebehighlightedintourismdevelopment.Communityempowermentextendsfurthercommunityi
6、nvolvement,whichisanimportantwaytopromotevalidityofcommunityinvolvement.Tomakecommunityinvolvementbeputintopracticeaswell,thecommunityresidentsshouldbeempoweredinthedifferentaspects.Thispaperanalyzesthepresentsituationandproblemsofcommunityinvolvementintourismdevelopmenta
