2、ngandclarifyingagentinthemanufactureofwine,beer,cider,spiritsandfoodgradeethanolandhaspreparedadraftfoodregulatorymeasure.Pursuanttosection31oftheFoodStandardsAustraliaNewZealandAct1991(FSANZAct),FSANZnowcallsforsubmissionstoassistconsiderationofthedraftfo

3、odregulatorymeasure.Forinformationaboutmakingasubmission,visittheFSANZwebsiteatinformationforsubmitters.Allsubmissionsonapplicationsandproposalswillbepublishedonourwebsite.Wewillnotpublishmaterialthatisprovidedin-confidence,butwillrecordthatsuchinformation

4、isheld.In-confidencesubmissionsmaybesubjecttoreleaseundertheprovisionsoftheFreedomofInformationAct1991.Submissionswillbepublishedassoonaspossibleaftertheendofthepubliccommentperiod.Wherelargenumbersofdocumentsareinvolved,FSANZwillmaketheseavailableonCD,rat

5、herthanonthewebsite.Undersection114oftheFSANZAct,someinformationprovidedtoFSANZcannotbedisclosed.MoreinformationaboutthedisclosureofconfidentialcommercialinformationisavailableontheFSANZwebsiteatinformationforsubmitters.Submissionsshouldbemadeinwriting;bem

6、arkedclearlywiththeword‘Submission’andquotethecorrectprojectnumberandname.WhileFSANZacceptssubmissionsinhardcopytoouroffices,itismoreconvenientandquickertoreceivesubmissionselectronicallythroughtheFSANZwebsiteviathelinkondocumentsforpubliccomment.Youcanals
