1、实验一机床静刚度的测定一实验目的通过实验理解和掌握:1.机床(包括夹具)——工件——刀具所组成的工艺系统是一弹性系统;2.力和变形的关系不是直线关系,不符合虎克定律;3.当载荷去除后,变形恢复不到起点,加载曲线与卸载曲线不重合;4.部件的实际刚度远比我们想象要小;5.通过测量计算机床的静刚度。二设备与仪器1.C616,CF6140车床;2.单向静刚度仪、三向静刚度仪。机床单向静刚度的测定一实验原理如图1--1所是:在C616车床的顶尖间装上一根刚度很大的光轴Ⅰ,其受力后变形可忽略不计,螺旋加力器5固定在刀架上,在加力器6与光轴间装一测力环7,
2、在该环之内孔中固定安装一千分表3,当对如图所安装的测力环加力时,千分表3的指针就会转动,其转动量与外载荷的对应关系可在材料实验机上预先测出。本实验中测力环的变形与外载荷(0-1500N时)的对应关系见表1-1。实验时,将测力环抵在刚性轴的中点处,在刚性轴靠近主轴端装有千分表1,在刚性轴靠近尾架端装有千分表2,在刀架处装有千分表4,用扳手转动带有方头的加力螺杆5施一外载荷(),加载大小由千分表3的指针转动量所指示,千分表3的指针转动量与加载关系如表1—1所示,每次加载和卸载时,分别记录下千分表1,2,4的读数。为了说明机床的静刚度与尾座套筒的伸
