1、中小企业在融资过程中存在的问题及对策摘要改革开放以来，我国的中小企业得到了迅猛的发展，已经成为我国现阶段最具竞争力的力量之一。加快中小企业的发展已经成为全社会的共识。然而中小企业在发展过程中所面临的融资问题已经成为制约其进行更大发展的首要问题。本文旨在为研究解决这一问题提供一些初步的对策和建议。本文对我国中小企业融资困境进行了理论分析研究，并根据实际情况分析了融资过程中存在的一些问题。文章指出：在我国，银企信息不对称，交易成本过高以及信用担保体系不健全等因素是中小企业融资的主要障碍。而这些因素又来源于中小企业本身的素质、金融机构和政府以及信用担保等诸多方面。因此，要缓解中小企

2、业融资的困境，就需要从这几个方面入手。特别是要采取措施来减轻银行与企业之间的信息不对称程度。最后本文得出的结论是：在我国，通过改进和创新融资机构和融资方式、增加面向中小企业的金融服务如试行建立中小企业银行、完善中小企业信用担保体系、提高中小企业自身经营能力、转变政府职能和加强对中小企业的支持力度以及完善健全各项法律法规和金融体系，中小企业融资难的问题是可以解决的。关键词：中小企业  融资   研究 Abstract11Sincethereformandopeningup,themediumandsmallenterprisesinChinahasdevelopedrapidl
