3、tudyofregulationhavebecomethefocusofcurrentresearch.Thepresentsituationofregulationtheoryhasfivemainpoints:(1)theregulationofthereasonablefixedcapitalprofitmarginisbetterthanthatofthesocietywithoutregulationLessefficient(socially,inefficient).Enterprisescontrolledund
