1、摘要10kV到20kV的配电网改造摘要20世纪70年代,中国完成了将众多的繁杂的中压配电网系统电压统一为10kV的工作。随着经济建设的飞速发展以及人民生活水平的不断提高,城市的电力需求快速增长,尤其是人口密集、经济发达的中心城区和新开发区,现行的以10kV供电电压等级已经不能满足当地的经济发展需求。并且在一些20kV的试点地区的运行结果表明采用20kV配电网,技术上是先进的,经济上是合理的。本文首先论述了20kV电压等级配电的优点和优势,再从我国居民的负荷需求入手,说明10kV配电电压等级已不能满足我国居民日益增长的负
2、荷需求。第三章从技术性、经济性分析比较10kV与20kV配电情况,并且得出20kV配电电压等级在很多方面具有优势。第四章介绍了20kV电网改造过程中主要设备的选型和升压改造措施。接下来本论文作了计算机分析与仿真,首先是基于PSCAD/EMTDC的10kV与20kV电压等级的对比情况分析,接着对无功补偿情况作了简要的介绍并对其进行仿真,最后作了突合开关和单相接地短路两种故障情况仿真,并且对仿真下电压、电流和功率等重要参数作了分析和得出结论。结尾部分是结论和致谢。关键词:20kV;负荷需求;仿真XLIII摘要Powerdi
