1、综合机械化采煤工操作规程机电维修工一、一般规定第1条井下综采机电设备的安装移动、维修、事故处理等工作必须执行本规程。第2条采煤机电维修工必须经过专门培训，并持有资格证，持证上岗。第3条采煤机电维修工应掌握矿用各类电器设备（防爆型、安全型、一般型）结构性能、电缆的技术性能，维修技术，熟悉本人所负责的采区供电系统及各馈电线路所带的负荷。第4条除执行本规程外，还应执行《煤矿安全规程》、《煤矿安全监察条例》等法律、法规。第5条采煤工作面及其他作业地点或电动机或其开关安设地点附近20m以内，风流中瓦斯浓度达到1%时，必须停止工作，切断电源，进行处理，达到1.5
2、%时要同时撤出人员，采取措施处理，待瓦斯浓度降至1%以下方可恢复工作或送电。第6条严禁带电移动电气设备。第7条不允许带电检修，不允许带电打开开关大盖及设备接线室，也不允许敞开盖或接线室试送电，不允许带电检查设备内部构件。第8条应经常掌握本人所维护的低压供电网的绝缘情况，新设、延长、拆除采区电缆或发现电缆受外伤损坏绝缘时，应观察本电网检漏继电器的绝缘电阻是否有变化，做到对低压电网的绝缘电阻值心中有数。第9条应熟悉由采区变电所移动变电站或配电点引出的馈电线上的各馈电开关的过电流保护整定值和熔断器熔体的额定电流值，不经专职技术人员同意不得改变定值或选用比原
