摘要本设计为金属压圈设计。主要包括以下内容:分析冲压工艺性;确定排样方案;设计模具结构;计算冲压力的大小,选择压力机型号;计算压力中心;凸模、凹模和凸凹模的刃口尺寸的计算;设计模具的零件等。该产品在材料、结构、尺寸精度上都满足冲压工艺性要求;模具类型选择级进模生产;定位零件选择固定挡料销;送料方式为自动送料;卸料方式为弹性卸料;产品厚度t=2.0mm;排样方式为对排,材料利用率为52.75%;压力中心为(9.77,0);该零件的冲压力为110.92KN;压力机为J23-40。在设计过程中遇到一些问题,如卡在拉深凸模上的冲压件卸料问题,如果选择一般的顶件装置,
2、会影响冲孔废料的排出,所以在本模具中,设计一个有橡胶和顶件块组成的顶件装置,类似于弹压式卸料装置,这样既不影响冲孔废料的排出,又可以把卡在拉深凸模上的拉深件顶出。本设计从实际出发,服务企业生产,设计严谨,所设计模具结构简单、易制造、寿命高,可为类似产品模具设计提高参考,促进此类型产品发展,使该类型模具不断发展和完善。关键词:金属压圈;冲压;级进;排样;工艺设计-2-MetalcompressionringwithdesignAbstractThedesignofthemetalcompressionringdesign.Thisdesignmainlyincludesthefollow
