1、摘要乾安油田乾118区块2004年投入全面开发,开发技术对策上采取早期注水与同步注水,注采比1.8左右,保持区块地层压力。并在2005-2007年实现了3年稳产。2008年,区块开发形势急剧变化,突出表现为:区块日产量下降了100t,占总产量的50%以上,综合含水快速上升,年含水上升率达到17.9%,自然递减36.2%。分析主要因素为主力油层含水上升速度快,水淹状况日益严重;水井井况恶化,注采关系失去控制;地层压力上升,油井反映能量不足,近井地带堵塞;受裂缝和单支砂体影响,储层内油水分布复杂,注入水突进后表现为多向性,剩余油分布状况认识不清,开展措施难度大
2、。因此针对乾118区块开展控水稳油技术研究具有重要意义,同时,该项技术研究也对类似区块稳产和提高已开发区快开发效果具有指导意义。本文在前期油藏研究的基础上,通过区块开发效果评价,明晰了水驱过程中存在的问题,提出了相应的技术对策并指导实践,使乾118区块水淹得到了遏制,水驱程度大幅度提高,区块产量稳定,含水稳定,综合递减控制在8%以内,含水上升率下降,采收率提高,开发效果明显改善。关键词:乾安油田;控水稳油;水淹;技术对策;开发效果AbstractQiananoilfieldQian118blockin2004putintocomprehensivedeve
