1、企业级网上报修系统的设计与实现摘要随着市场经济的发展，各类大中小型企业的兴起，越来越网络化。现在越来越多的企业通过花费大量的财力，特别是效益好大企业，不惜花费巨资，开发适合自己的网上保修系统。其中最好的办法是用计算机操作的企业网上报修系统来实现对企业设备维护的管理，这就为我们设计企业网上报修系统提供了市场需要。作为计算机应用的一部分,使用计算机对企业单位的各项信息进行管理，具有着手工管理所无法比拟的优点。例如:检索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存储量大、保密性好、寿命长、成本低等。这些优点能够极大地提高工作的效率,也是企业的科学化、正规化管理与世界接轨的重要条件。现阶段，
2、企业维修工作存在着“不及时”、“水平低”等问题，维修人员常常与用户发生“说不清”的矛盾。传统的人工报修，周期长，响应时间慢，是一些急需修理解决的设备得不到及时的维护修理，使企业受到不必要的损失。如今在各个企业中计算机的普及以及网络化的发展，使得网上报修系统的发展和升级有了很大的提升，能及时反馈需要维护的设备。使得报修过程变得更方便、灵活，既节约纸张，又方便管理。现在网上报修系统日益智能化，许多网络公司也从事相关的网络报修系统的服务，大型企业都有自己专用的网络报修系统。现在的网络报修系统功能都具有：具体的修改订单根据要求可以打印；修理单可以分类显示，实现修理单信息添加、
