2、地呈现在大家面前。新闻发布系统的提出使电视不再是唯一的新闻媒体，从此以后网络也充当了一个重要的新闻媒介的功能。随着互联网蓬勃发展，新闻也迅速发展起来。基于移动互联网,手机这一便携式终端共同搭建的移动信息传播平台较传统网络和计算机更易掌握、更低成本、更有时效性。以移动互联网和便携式手机终端为信息载体，这样就很好的解决了农民接收到信息存在的“时差”问题。我们的新闻发布系统采用先进的开发软件与技术，即采用Dreamweaver页面制作软件与Photoshop等技术相结合开发系统的页面，用visualstudio2010与SQLServer2008数据库管理系统开发强大完善的
