2、合法性和效益性进行审计监督，将社会保障基金筹集、使用全过程以及管理的效益性置于审计监督之下，发挥社会保障基金使用的经济效益与社会效益，保障人民群众基本生活的权益，维护社会的稳定。本文在阐述开展社会保障基金绩效审计必要性的基础上，分析了目前浙江省社会保障基金绩效审计存在缺乏科学合理的社会保障基金绩效评价体系、绩效审计手段落后、数据核算不规范等主要问题。针对上述问题，为提高浙江省社会保障基金绩效审计质量，提出完善浙江省社会保障基金绩效审计的绩效评价体系、积极开展计算机辅助审计等相应的措施。关键词：社会保障基金；绩效审计；评价体系i
