6、⋯610炉水质量劣化时的处理措施。·。·············,····································。·····················,·····⋯⋯6DL/T805.2一2004Hit青DLrT805《火电厂汽水化学导则》分为4部分:第1部分:直流锅炉给水加氧处理;第2部分:锅炉炉水磷酸盐处理:第3部分:锅炉炉水氢氧化钠处理:第4部分:锅炉给水处理。本部分为DLrF805的第2部分。是根据原中华人民共和国国家经济贸易委员会电力司《关于确认1999年度电力行业标准制、修订
7、计划项目的通知》(电力【2000]22号文第54项)的安排进行的。炉水磷酸盐处理已有几十年的应用历史。随着机组参数和给水水质的提高,磷酸盐处理不断出现一些新的问题,然而通过研究,对磷酸盐处理机理有了新的认识,目前已发展有多种处理方式。为了提高我国应用该工艺的水平和指导电厂正确选用合理的处理方式,特此制订本部分。根据机组的特性、锅炉炉水磷酸盐隐藏现象及由此造成炉管腐蚀的不同程度而采用不同的处理方式,是本部分的主要特点。本部分对不同磷酸盐处理方式规定了炉水电导率等控制指标,以控制锅炉杂质的含量;通过对炉水加药、取样、检测方
8、法和药品纯度的规定,使炉水磷酸盐处理规范化、合理化。另外,本部分还提出了炉水质量劣化时的处理措施。本部分主要根据国内电厂的运行经验并参考国外标准制订。本部分由中国电力企业联合会提出。本部分由电力行业电厂化学标准化技术委员会归口并解释。本部分主要负责起草单位:国电热工研究院、山西电力科学研究院。本部分主要起草人:孙本达、宋敬霞、尚玉
