1、说明书摘要筒体是卧式滚筒软化干燥机的机体。筒体内既进行热和质的传递又输送物料,筒体的大小标志着卧式滚筒软化干燥机的规格和生产能力。筒体应具有足够的刚度和强度。在安装和运转中必须保持轴线的直线性和截面的圆度。筒体的材料一般用Q235钢和普通低合金钢。提高了传热效率,充分发挥了蒸汽的潜能,降低了蒸汽消耗;提高了滚筒软化干燥机加热列管的管壁温度,增加设备处理量,提高物料软化效率。应根据油料的种类和含水量的不同,制定软化温度;当油料含水量低时,软化温度应相应高些,反之,应低些。根据油料含水量的不同,可进行加热润湿或加热去水。根据轧呸效果调整软化条件。轴的设计工作中的另一个重要方
