1、东风汽车公司高级技工学校(技师学院)东风高级技工学校(技师学院)毕业设计(论文)题目变速箱冷油器托架弯曲模具设计摘要我做的课题是汽车上的变速箱冷油器托架弯曲模具设计。此产品零件65东风汽车公司高级技工学校(技师学院)需要冲孔落料、翻边、弯曲三道工序完成。本文主要是根据弯曲工序,设计一套弯曲模具,完成零件第三道序的加工生产。设计内容主要包括零件展开尺寸、排样和材料利用率以及弯曲力的计算;压力中心的计算和压力机的选择;模具结构的设计;模具主要零件的设计和模具装配技术要求等等。在设计过程中除了有说明书外,还包括模具
