1、矿泉水瓶坯热流道注射模具的设计矿泉水瓶坯热流道注射模具的设计姓名:专业:指导老师:-30-矿泉水瓶坯热流道注射模具的设计摘要这篇论文是对大批量生产的饮料瓶坯进行了热流道注射模具的设计,瓶坯材料为PETP,其熔点较高(260℃左右)。注射成型温度范围较窄,如果一模多腔采用普通的浇注系统,PET熔料的流动性大大下降,甚至凝固。所以只有通过热流道注射成型才可以实现。采用一模两腔加工。对流道直径的设计主要参考了苏娟华的一篇相关论文,对直径进行了优化设计,并利用最小二乘法,对PET塑料的表观粘度和剪切速率关系进行公式化拟合。优化设计的结果与实际应用的热流道之间的最佳经验值接近。根据塑
