1、内蒙古科技大学毕业设计说明书摘要新建大华选矿厂处理原矿能力为40万吨,给矿粒度为500~0毫米。大华铁矿主要矿物中磁铁矿占36.5%,赤铁矿占2.79%,褐铁矿占0.68%,黄铁矿占0.15%,全矿区以磁铁矿为主,个别有极少量赤铁矿。脉石矿物占59.88%,其中石英占36.42,角闪石占13.2%,辉石7.36%,云母类1.85%碳酸岩类1.05%。选用阶段磨矿、阶段选别流程。工艺流程介绍如下:破碎为三段一闭路。磨矿为两段闭路磨矿,一段磨矿分级的溢流给入一段大筒径磁选,粗精矿产物品位为48.52%、产率为53.58%、回收率为89.58%;粗精矿给入浓
2、缩磁选,同时二段磨矿分级返砂给入浓缩磁选。浓缩磁选产率为131.46%。二段分级溢流给入二段磁选,经磁选后,粗精矿的品位为63.5%、产率为39.26%,回收率为85.9%。二段磁选精矿接着给入三段小筒径,三段磁选精矿品位为67%,产率为36.88%,回收率85.14%。三段磁选精矿经浓缩脱水得到最终精矿,品位为67%、产率为36.88%、回收率为85.14%。选矿厂设计总投资为1095.52万元人民币,建设期为一年,设计服务年限为15年,投资回收期0.8年。年精矿产量14.75万吨,按目前市场价格预计年销售收入10325万元。关键词:磁选;阶段磨矿;
