1、天津工业大学毕业设计(论文)仿生超疏水PVDF膜材的制备与表征姓名学院纺织学部专业轻化工程指导教师职称副教授2012年5月31日摘要聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)具有非常高的强度、硬度和韧性,它是一种半结晶高聚物,在酸、碱条件下稳定而不变性,是一种优良的热塑性塑料和膜材料。因此,PVDF被广泛用于建筑、工程领域。虽然PVDF具有一定的疏水性,但仍不能满足防污自洁要求。论文以荷叶效应为理论基础制备超疏水膜材,探讨了基于模板法的防污自洁PVDF膜材的制备;重点研究了表面粗糙度及粗糙表面的表面能对PVDF膜超疏水性能的影响;采用静态
2、接触角及滚动角、集灰实验表征PVDF膜的自清洁性能,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、原子粒显微镜(AFM)观察分析膜表面的形貌。结果表明:由模板法制备的膜表面的粗糙度对静态接触角有很大的影响,合适的表面微凸体直径能够增大接触角,其静态接触角可达152.4°;掺杂低表面能物质的膜上水滴的接触角随表面能的减小而增大,其静态接触角高达168.2°,滚动角约为1°;通过集灰实验结果表明,水滴能将膜表面的灰尘带走,从而证明本实验可以赋予PVDF膜良好的防污自洁性能。关键词:聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF);荷叶效应;模板法;低表面能;防污

4、field.AlthoughPVDFhasgoodhydrophobicproperty,stillcan'tmeettheantifoulingandself-cleaningrequirements.Super-hydrophobicfilmsweremadebasedonthelotuseffecttheoryinthispaper.Thearticlediscussesthepreparationofanti-foulingandself-cleaningPVDFmembranematerialsbasedon
5、templatemethodandfocusesontheinfluenceofsurfaceroughnessandsurfaceenergyonPVDFmembrane.InordertocharacterizePVDFfilm’sself-cleaningproperty,staticcontactangle,rollingangleandself-cleaningwereusedinthetest.Scanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM)andatomicforcemicroscopy(A
