1、毕业设计(论文)摘要本文详细地阐述了某飞机结构件零件的制造与工艺及NC铣削加工程序编制。航空类零件因其外形复杂,制造精度高,其工艺编制难度大,用普通机械加工的方法难以胜任这些要求。为利用先进的现代制造技术,提高加工效率,保证加工质量,可采用通用CAD/CAM软件进行三维建模、数控加工。对于该零件的加工,其工艺是决定制造成败的关键。该零件的制造充分利用了三轴和五轴数控加工技术,大大减小了工艺编制的难度。为保证零件加工的经济性,大余量的去除可用普通铣床完成,再通过数控加工中心完成表面的粗、精加工以及孔的钻、铰工序。数字模型建立与数控加工是零件加工
2、精度的保证。鉴于UG的强大功能和友好界面,因此在制造过程的规划上使用此软件进行建模和NC铣削程序编制。该零件的三维建模和数控加工用UG软件完成。其三维建模用到了线架构和曲面设计、自由曲面设计两大模块。数控加工中粗加工为三轴联动加工,半精加工和精加工为五轴联动加工并生成数控加工程序。关键词:三维建模;机械制造工艺规程;NC铣削;UGI毕业设计(论文)AbstractThisthesisexpatiatethemanufacturingprocessofacertainplane’stie-inandtheprocessofdesigningit
