1、摘要本设计是某十五层民用住宅楼的建筑给排水设计,主要包括给水系统、排水系统消防系统、热水系统和屋面雨水系统五个部分。给水系统采用分区供水,一到六层为低区,由市政管网直接供水。七层到十五层为高区,采用上行下给的供水方式,由地下车库的供水泵供水到屋顶的高位水箱,再由高位水箱向高区管网供水;排水系统采用的是污、废合流制,底层单独排水,排水立管仅设伸顶通气管,污水再经化粪池处理后排向市政污水管网;消防系统设计成消火栓灭火系统,火灾初期10min的水由消防水箱供给,正常供水由消防水泵从贮水池内抽取。热水采用的是封闭式机械半循环系统,分区情况和冷水系统一致,冷水
2、通过电加热器集中加热后,再由提升泵供向配水管网;雨水采用的是内排水系统,雨水直接排向市政污水管网。给水管和排水管分别采用PP—R管和UPVC管,消防系统和热水系统都采用镀锌钢管。设计过程进行了各系统方案的确定、平面布置和计算,以及各种设备的选型,并做工程概算和Excel宏编制程序。最后用CAD绘制了各个系统的平面施工图和系统轴侧图。关键词:高层建筑;建筑给排水;给水管材AbstractThisdesignisa15layersbuildingsofthepublicresidencebuildingto,completingthedesignofth
