1、毕业设计(论文)精密数控磨床的总体设计摘 要本课题是集机,电,液一体化的高科技项目,所要解决的关键问题是主轴箱上两个同轴轴承孔的超精密加工。此磨床的加工方式采用切入式磨削方式,工件安装在回转工作台上,随工作台回转,同时砂轮回转,砂轮的径向进给靠回转工作台沿X方向位移实现,上面的轴承孔及上端面加工好后,用同一砂轮加工下面的轴承孔及下端面,工件一次安装,以保证精度。总体布局为立式磨床,主要分为磨头部分、回转工作台、床身、垂直立柱、拖板以及测量机构。总体传动方案为:由外置步进电机驱动齿轮,然后通过齿轮传动带动滚珠丝杠,整个磨头装置通过滚珠丝杠进行Z轴方向上的移动,磨头的旋转则通过另一个外置
