1、不同产地枸杞果和叶中总生物碱和总黄酮含量的测定摘要:检测不同地区枸杞果和叶中总生物碱和总黄酮含量,比较各地区含量之间是否存在差异。在对不同地区的枸杞果和叶进行测量时,采用TU-1901型双光束紫外可见分光光度法进行含量的测定,应用滴定法进行枸杞总糖含量测定。甘肃与新疆、青海、宁夏和内蒙古枸杞果中总生物碱含量存在显著差异;新疆与青海、宁夏枸杞果实中总生物碱含量存在显著差异;青海和宁夏枸杞果实中总生物碱含量无显著差异;青海与内蒙枸杞果实中总生物碱含量有显著差异;甘肃和湖北果实中总生物碱含量无显著差异;新疆与湖北果实中总生物碱含量无显著差异。新疆与甘肃枸杞叶总生物碱含量有显著差异;甘肃与宁夏
