6、rshippingspace.Absenceofsuchadvicewithinthetimespecifiedaboveshallbeconsideredassellers，readinesstodelverthegoodsduringthecontractedtimeofshipmentandthebuyersshallarrangeforshippingspaceaccordingly.c）买方应在船只受载期12天前将船名、预计受载日期、装载数量、合同号码、船舶代理人、以电话/传真方式通知卖方。卖方联系船舶代理人配合船期备货装船。如买方因故需要变更船只或更改船

7、期时，买方或船舶代理人应及时通知卖方。Thebuyersshalladvisethesellerbytelex/fax,12daysbeforetheexpectedloadingdate,oftheestimatedlaydays,contractnumber,nameofvessel,quantitytobeloadedandshippingagent.Thesellersshallthenarrangewiththeshippingagentforloadingaccordingincaseofnecessityforsubstitutionofvesse
