1、摘要MG300/700-WD型交流电牵引采煤机，采用多点击驱动、横向布置的新型电牵引采煤机，总装机功率700KW，截割功率2×300KW，牵引功率2×40KW，采用机载交流变频技术调速、销轨式牵引，适用于1.9~3.8m，煤层倾角≦16°，煤质中硬或是硬的综采工作面。本说明书主要介绍了采煤机截割部的设计计算。MG300/700-WD型采煤机截割部主要是由一个减速箱和四级齿轮传动组成，截割部电机放在摇臂内横向布置，电动机输出的动力经由三级直齿圆拄齿轮和行星轮系的传动，最后驱动滚筒旋转。截割部采用四行星单浮
