1、红旗街道“廉洁示范小区”创建工作方案根据市纪委相关工作要求以及我区建设“廉洁岳塘”的总体部署，实现以廉洁社区打造廉洁城区，进一步促进党风、政风、行风建设的健康发展，扎实有效地开展党风廉政建设和反腐败工作，现制定本实施方案： 一、指导思想 以中国特色社会主义理论体系为指导，深入贯彻落实科学发展观，紧紧围绕城市改革发展稳定大局，紧密结合社区实际，以密切党同群众的血肉联系为核心，以构建廉洁和谐社区、加强社会建设和创新社会管理为目标，以促进民生幸福为根本，以完善和延伸惩防腐败体系为重点，以社区党风廉政监察站为依托，坚持教育、制度、监督并重，着力形成全民参与、全面覆盖的廉洁社区建设格局。 二、
2、基本原则 （一）坚持社会协同、公众参与的原则。坚持走群众路线，贴近生活、贴近居民，以党风廉政监察站为支点，不断拓宽工作领域，借助社会各界的力量，让更多的社区党员干部和群众乐于、便于参与廉洁社区建设的各项活动，不断增强廉洁社区建设的生机与活力。 （二）坚持融入结合、服务群众的原则。toenterprisesbiggerandstronger.Relevantdepartmentsshouldplaytheroleoffunction.ThepostalOffice,economicdevelopmentzone,andthescienceandTechnologyCouncilmembe
