1、管理的本质不在于知，而在于行今天我召集大家开一个中层管理人员的会议，就公司当前的管理问题谈谈我个人的观点：题目是：《管理的本质不在于知，而在于行》。这句话出自于《麦肯锡高层管理论丛》。基本意思就是：管理的知只是明白、知晓，是解决问题的前提，但知如果不落实为行为，问题永远得不到解决。管理的行，是对于管理事件的行为、动作，就是会产生管理结果的言和行。而管理行为本身既是实践的活动，也是以结果为衡量对象的行动。所以，管理的知是管理的行的必要前提，是为行服务的。管理的行是为了实现组织目标的行为。而且这个目标是实际结果的
