6、准和IEC标准等未统一智能变电站智能组件中的智能终端技术要求等内容,为使智能变电站智能终端选型、设备采购等工作有所遵循,特编制本标准。本标准提出的技术性能参数基于国内变电站中智能终端的设计、制造和运行经验。由于智能变电站技术仍处于发展阶段,本技术规范的相关技术原则将随着技术的发展与成熟逐步修订和完善。本规范由国家电网公司基建部提出并解释。本规范由国家电网公司科技部归口。本规范主要起草单位:河南省电力勘测设计院、中国电力工程顾问集团公司、江苏省电力设计院、四川电力设计咨询有限责任公司,四川电力试验研究院、山东电力工程咨询院有限公司。本
