2、强■曩■nlu__学科专业:化堂工程作者姓名:重量指导数师:周明教援-———1中文摘要化工过程强化是传统化工发展的重要方向之一。难溶气体参与的气液反应过程中,气液传质是反应过程的主要阻力,催化剂细颗粒能增强气液传质,提高反应速率。本文在容积为1L的搅拌釜中,对树脂颗粒催化作用下的异丁烯水合反应及异丁烯在水一叔丁醇混合溶剂中的溶解度进行了实验研究。其中催化剂的粒径在1.111.tm~300llm范围内。在0.74MPa、77℃实验条件
3、下,考察了催化剂粒径、固含率、叔丁醇起始浓度和搅拌转速对水合反应速率的影响。在70~90℃、0.60~O.74MPa条件下,考察了异丁烯溶解度与温度及叔丁醇摩尔浓度的关系。为了进一步研究催化剂颗粒对气液传质的影响,改变催化剂浓度,采用关联式,计算得到了不同颗粒粒径下的液相总体积传质系数,与实验结果吻合较好。对结果进行了分析。结果表明,小粒径颗粒对气液传质有增强作用,粒径越小增强作用越明显;传质系数随粒径减小而增大,且粒径越小增大越快。本文讨论了催化剂粒径不同时,水合反应的控制步骤。结果表明,对于小粒径粒子(1
