3、的发展时期。石化企业在新的市场经济环境下面临着新的市场竞争和内在自身生存发展的双重压力。新形势要求企业向自身的管理要效益。设备管理是企业管理的重要组成部分，也是提高生产效率的关键，因此如何提高设备管理的经济性、降低设备管理费用，是企业需要持续深入研究的课题。本文在查阅大量设备管理相关资料的基础上，从大庆石化公司设备管理现状入手，通过调研、走访、座谈、调查问卷等形式，对设备管理进行了深入研究。分析了目前大庆石化设备管理中存在的突出问题，即在开工周期管理、维修管理、备件管理、现场管理等4个方面均存在问题或不足，探讨了问题产生的原因。并对大庆石化设备管理系统进行优化设计

4、。最后对设备管理问题提出了一些解决对策，比如组建装置开工周期专家组、优化设备维修策略、实施平库利库、建立有效评价激励机制等，为企业在设备管理上挖潜增效提供了有益的参考。关键词：设备管理；开工周期管理；维修管理；备件管理；现场管理-I-哈尔滨工业大学工商管理硕士学位论文AbstractSincethe21stcentury,economicglobalizationhasquickenedsignificantly.AsOneofthepillarindustriesinmanycountriesaroundtheworld，petrochemicalindustr

5、yhasenteredanewperiodofdevelopment.Underthenewmarketeconomyenvironment,petrochemicalenterprisesarefacingpressureofnewcompetitioninthemarketandtheirownsurvivalanddevelopment.Thenewsituationrequirescompaniestoownbenefittomanagement,andtothefinemanagement.Equipmentmanagementisanimportant

6、partofenterprisemanagement,isalsothekeyofraisingproductivity.Howtoeffectivelypromoteequipmentmanagementlevel,andimprovetheeconomicbenefitofequipmentmanagement,andreduceequipmentmanagementcost,isthesubjectforenterprise’sneedtostudycontinuously.Inthispaper,onthebasisofconsultingalargenu
