2、章建构理论基础以后，第三章以分析城市风貌敏感空间的可达性、易识别性、脆弱性及景观差异性四大共性，进而在第四章中以城市入口、道路交叉口、城市道路、滨水区、城市广场为敏感空间要素分别探讨其个性特征，最后以湖南省岳阳市为实例进行深入研究，分别用空间的共性与个性特征对其进行剖析。论文的主要观点包括：1.城市风貌敏感空间是城市中易于感知的公共空间。2.城市风貌敏感空间特性由共性和个性构成。3.城市入口、道路交叉口、城市道路、滨水区、城市广场是城市风貌敏感空间体系中的五大典型类型。通过以上内容的研究，本文较为科学地总结归纳出城市风貌敏感空间
