2、的限制，更新改造局限于城市物质建设层面，未与社会、经济发展需求紧密结合。，论文以郑州西部老工业基地为研究对象，首先从理论实践入手，研究了国内外老工业区更新改造的经济、社会背景、动力机制及基础理论，并通过大量实践案例归纳出更新改造的发展趋势及经验方法。接着，进行郑州西部老工业基地的现况调查，以基于城市整体发展的更新改造理念为出发点，结合与沈阳铁西区对比研究而提出更新改造的目标体系。再者，在综合以上研究的基础上从产业发展、用地结构调整、城中村改造、历史文化资源保护等方面提出可行的更新改造对策。最后，总结出几条城市老工业区更新改造的一般方
