2、互联网金融形成的原因及国内外发展现状。通过优劣势比较，进一步明确了互联网金融与传统商业银行的核心竞争力，并就互联网金融对商业银行的影响进行深入分析。本文以公众认知为抓手，开展互联网金融需求调研。通过金融习惯、服务体验、未来展望三个维度，挖掘与剖析公众参与互联网金融的动机以及对互联网金融的预期。同时，从金融互联网化、大数据、平台合作等方面入手，结合具体案例，对商业银行应对互联网金融的措施展开研究。本文结合银行业发展实际，从金融创新、跨界合作、客户服务、数据支撑、人才培养等五方面提出了银行业应对互联网金融的策略。关键词：互联网金融，银行，策略万方数据THERESEARCHOFSTRAT
