1、长沙理工大学硕士学位论文公路瓦斯隧道施工风险分析姓名：邓加亮申请学位级别：硕士专业：岩土工程指导教师：刘辉20100501摘要以娄(娄底)新(新化)高速公路刘家排隧道为工程背景，针对公路瓦斯隧道施工风险分析开展研究。主要的研究工作与内容如下：(1)论述了风险评估是确保高瓦斯隧道安全施工的重要手段，是今后岩土与隧道工程发展的重点。(2)采用专家调查法识别出刘家排瓦斯隧道施工的主要风险因素，并利用层次分析法(AHP)建立该瓦斯隧道施工风险递阶层次结构，结合1-9标度法计算出了各基本风险事件的综合权重。(3)根据瓦斯隧道施工风险度量具有模糊性的

2、特点，运用模糊理论对公路瓦斯隧道施工风险估计中的定性问题进行定量化处理，得到了刘家排隧道施工基本风险因素的概率估计及损失估计结果。(4)建立了刘家排隧道施工风险多层次模糊综合评价数学模型，基于R=P×C模型和模糊综合评价原理，综合考虑风险因素的发生概率及损失严重程度对风险水平的影响，得到各层次风险因素及工程施工整体的风险等级与风险分布状态。(5)针对风险识别阶段确定的重点风险事件，结合多种风险应对手段，提出了各风险因素的控制措施来降低风险或转移风险。(6)提出了隧道施工风险分析模型。运用本文的模型进行刘家排隧道施工风险分析评价，将风险降到
