1、湖南大学硕士学位论文丘陵城市居住规划单元对城市空间形态的影响研究姓名：魏小春申请学位级别：硕士专业：城市规划与设计指导教师：周安伟20070420硕士学位论文摘要丘陵城市作为我国一种重要的城市类型，其城市建设的成败将直接影响整个丘陵区域乃至全国的社会经济发展进程。在全国城市化快速发展和房地产开发热潮的推动下，丘陵城市在高速的城市建设中，如何保持丘陵城市空间形态特色，控制城市开发的规模与模式成为规划研究的热点问题。本文从城市空间形态角度，对占城市建设用地比重最大的居住用地进行研究。引入规划单元概念，应用细胞生物学原

2、理分析居住规划单元的存在及其规划界定对于丘陵城市空间形态的影响，探讨如何利用居住规划单元对丘陵城市整体空间形态的有效控制及引导作用，形成具有丘陵城市特色的城市空间形态。全文共分为五部分：第一部分主要阐述了课题的缘起、研究的背景和意义、相关概念的界定以及研究的方法和框架。第二部分是认识论层面的研究，主要对丘陵城市空间形态的相关要素和居住规划单元的基本属性进行分析研究，并从宏观、中观、微观等3个层面分析了居住规划单元对丘陵城市空间形态的影响。第三部分是方法论层面的研究，主要阐述在丘陵城市建设中居住规划单元合理模式的构

3、建问题。第四部分是实践论层面的研究，主要阐述居住规划单元如何在城市规划体系中发挥其控制与引导作用。第五部分是文章的结论部分，是对全文研究的总结与归纳。其中第三和第四部分是文章的主要成果部分。本文从居住规划单元的构建出发，探索利用规划单元对丘陵城市建设进行规划控制的理论与方法，提出对现行规划体系的改革建议。希望本文的研究对丘陵城市建设理论的完善有所帮助。关键词：城市空间形态；丘陵城市；规划体系；居住规划单元II丘陵城市居住规划单元对城市空间形态的影响研究AbstractHillscitiesaretheimport
