1、东南大学硕士学位论文高层建筑与城市空间整合研究——以杭州高层建筑布局规划为例姓名：顾渝群申请学位级别：硕士专业：城市规划与设计指导教师：胡明星;董卫20070606摘要我国城fH的快速城J订化，导致城市人口剧增与城市用地紧张之问的矛盾日趋严重。在此特定背景下，我国的高层建筑迅速发展，但同时也给城市空间带来了诸多新问题，集中体现在高层建筑整体布局不合理。因此，探索一种新的适合于我嗣当前城市空间发展需要的高层建筑布局模式尤为重要。本文通过针对当前高层建筑在城市中不合理发展的现实，提出了高层建筑与城市空间整合的理念。其核心在于提高高层建筑的空间使用效率，同时兼顾考虑社会公平性，并在此理念

2、指导下，提出了高层建筑与城市空间要素的具体整合方法和以城市设计为手段的整合措施。同时本文以杭州高层建筑布局规划的实践为例，通过对杭州高层建筑现状问题的分析以及对未来发展机遇的预测，提出对杭州高层建筑的合理发展的认识。在具体的规划实践中，贯彻整合的理念和方法，利用GIS技术建市杭州高层建筑布局模型，通过城市设计于f段对基础模型进行优化调整，提出了“圈层．簇群式．山水化”的杭州高层建筑布局结构，并将设计成果与城市设计导则相结合，以利于其有效实施。全文约53000余字，图片76幅关键词：高层建筑、城市空间、整合、GIS、城市设计导则东南大学硕上’掌影论文AbstractWilhthera
