1、天津大学硕士学位论文新型气液并流塔板流体力学性能研究姓名:高扬申请学位级别:硕士专业:化学工程指导教师:袁希钢2001.1.15摘要本文介绍了一种双层结构射流式以及一种双层结构筛板式新型气液并流塔板的丛本没¨思想、结构特点及气液传质机理,分别列其干板压降、湿板压降、雾沫央带量、漏液量等流体力学性能进行了系统测定,并对塔板压降、雾沫夹带量数据进行了关联,建立了相应的数学模型,模型计算值与实验值比较吻合。(实验结果表明:双层射流塔板的干板压降与板孔气速u0的二次方成正比,而与其它因素无关;湿板压降随板孔气速的增加而增
2、加,随液体处理量的增大而增大,在一定条件下,与帽罩结构形式无关。双层筛板的干板压降变化规律与双层射流塔板相同,湿板压降变化规律视提升管堰高值不同而不同,在设计过程中应适当选取提升管堰高及筛孔孔径值。两种板型在大液体处理量操作条件下,均显示出塔板£正降低、雾沫央带量小、漏液量小和操作弹性大的优良流体力学性能,特别适用于高压精馏和吸收等大液量气液传质过程,且能够有效减小液体返混程度.避免液体的沟流、短路、回流等现象ij本文还对双层筛板在低气速条件下湿板压降的振动现象及雾沫夹带量的变化规律随操作工况的改变而相应改变的现
