1、华南理工大学硕士学位论文微乳化乙醇柴油燃料的开发姓名:陈军申请学位级别:硕士专业:化学工程指导教师:钱宇20040501摘要摘要地球上石油资源的有限及环境保护的重要性,使各国开展了代用燃料的研究。乙醇是可再生含氧清洁燃料,汽化潜热大,能及时参与燃烧,适合作为代用或部分代用燃料,因此越来越受到重视。本论文主要是研制开发微乳化乙醇柴油燃料,即通过在柴油中掺入一定量燃料乙醇,起到缓解化石类燃料的消耗。同时,可降低柴油车尾气中的污染物排放,起到节能和环保的双重作用。但乙醇和柴油易于发生相分离,特别是有微量水
2、存在时,故需加入适当的添加剂保持乙醇柴油稳定。本论文研制开发微乳化乙醇柴油主要内容研究有:稳定添加剂的筛选;添加剂加入量与水容忍性关系的研究;通过体系拟三元相图研究寻找乙醇与柴油的稳定区域;测定乙醇柴浦理化指标和怠速燃烧排放试验,考察其实际使用效能。本文开发的微乳化乙醇柴油能在0~40"C的环境中稳定存放三个月以上。通过测定表明,乙醇柴油的十六烷值、粘度、凝点等理化指标和纯柴油相差不大,实车怠速试验时的燃烧排放情况也显示,NO。的排放及烟度等具有不同程度的降低。关键词:乙醇柴油;微乳化;添加剂、拟三
