1、筛需器糯⑨天洋大薯中国近代第所大学TIANdINUNlVERSlTY硕士学位论文■■■一一一~-一■⋯_________一学科专业:化掌工稗作者姓名:盒握——指导教师:—到堕壹塑攮——天津大学研究生院2006年1月摘要膨胀床综合了流化床和填充床吸附的优点,具有返混小、柱效高的显著特点。可以把生物和医药制品下游处理过程中的预处理、浓缩和产物捕获等几个步骤集成于一个单元操作中,从而将离心、过滤、层析纯化等步骤集中在一个单元完成。因而大大简化了提纯工艺,提高了产品收率,降低了分离成本。但要使膨胀床真正成为一种重要的分离手段,必须对膨胀床的
2、基本特性有明确的理解,譬如流体力学性能、膨胀率、混合性能、分离效率等,这些都是膨胀床操作时的重要参数,也是膨胀床进行流程优化和工程放大设计时所需的基础参数。本文将进行膨胀床中局部固含率径向不均匀分布的研究。本课题以密度与液相密度相近的大孔弱碱性苯乙烯系树脂D301R为固相,以自来水为液相,采用微电导探针测试技术和CCD图像采集处理技术,对液固膨胀床中径向局部固含率分布进行研究。结果表明,膨胀床中局部固含率径向分布并不均匀,沿床中心向床壁面逐渐增加,在相对径向位置r/R=0.75.0.85处达到一最大值,然后逐渐减小。另外,在本文中以
