1、⑧天串又兽,"1-程硕士学位论文领域:化学工程作者姓名:张春良指导教师:马红钦副教授企业导师:王文婷高级工程师T-:审A-拳不耳泰生瞎2005年6月摘要含硫液化气对环境、人体及下游化工生产等均会造成不良影响,液化气脱硫具有重要意义。随着环保意识的增强,液化气脱硫在我国也目益得到重视。本文首先对液化气脱硫剂、脱硫方法、液化气脱硫的国内研究状况及国内外脱硫技术进展进行了综述。结合锦西石化分公司两套液化气脱硫装置脱硫原理、流程、联合再生流程、原料性质、产品质量等具体生产情况,分析了净化液化气含硫高的原因及液化气铜片腐蚀不合格的机理,指出了
2、影响净化液化气铜片腐蚀不合格的因素。通过对锦西石化分公司二套液化气脱硫装置脱硫状况进行深入分析,查出了液化气脱硫问题所在。应用锦西石化分公司液化气进行无碱组合工艺脱硫中试,达到了如下效果:采用COS水解剂、精脱硫剂、硫醇转化催化剂三个固定床串联,即Jx一6B+Jx一2B+JX-2A,替代液化气醇胺洗后的预碱洗和Merox法脱硫醇工艺,实现了固定床脱除液化气中残余H。S、COS和硫醇转化,使工艺得到简化,消除了碱渣。结合锦西石化分公司焦化、二催化、三催化液化气,一套液化气脱硫、二套液化气脱硫和重催尾气加氢装置的具体生产情况,提出了解决
