1、中国石油大学(华东)硕士学位论文焦化转油线工艺软件开发与结构优化姓名:贺敏申请学位级别:硕士专业:化学工程指导教师:肖家治;王兰娟20090501摘要论文完成了焦化转油线工艺计算软件的开发,考察了软件的计算精度,分析了进料物性、散热损失、焦化炉出口转化深度对转油线计算结果的影响;现场调研11个企业焦化转油线,通过散热分析、压降与汽化分率分析、转油线内反应评价,剖析调研转油线,考察了转油线气封蒸汽、结焦厚度、管件数目、主管管径对转油线温降等关键参数的影响,提出了以加强管线保温、合理优化管径、减少管件,缩短管线长度的转油线优化方向;针对典型企业最大限度缩短转油线并调整管径,得到
2、温度、压力、汽化分率、表观流速、裂化转化率的分布,得到缩短管线前后转油线垂直管内均为环雾状流,水平管内均为雾状流的结论,为转油线结构优化设计提供依据。论文提出了转油线应力分析的简化计算方案,提出了转油线关键节点的对比方法,利用CaesarII应力计算软件校核简化方案的可行性;针对调研转油线分析其应力水平与优化裕量,得到转油线应力水平的一般规律;对典型转油线在工艺和应力评估的基础上进行了结构优化设计。关键词:焦化炉,转油线,结构优化,工艺计算,应力分析TheDevelopmentofSoftwareandStructuralOptimizationonDelayedCokin
