2、，投资母国与东道国的金融发展与基础设施是否以及如何影响中国对“一带一路”沿线国的对外直接投资？本文对金融发展和基础设施影响中国对外直接投资的传导机制进行了理论分析。基于2003-2011年60个“一带一路”沿线国和34个OECD成员国的面板数据，本文构建了一个拓展的引力模型，通过BOOTSTRAP、GMM和LIML等计量方法，实证检验了金融发展和基础设施对中国对外直接投资的影响及其可能存在的门槛效应，并间接探讨了亚投行的作用。实证结果表明，中国对“一带一路”沿线国和OECD成员国的对外直接投资存在差异的同时，中国与东道国金融发展水平和基础设施状况对中国对外直接投资的影响也存在差异；中国金融
