2、为该制度参与主体之一，他们的参保意愿是制度推行的前提之一，了解农民参保意愿的影响因素，对制度的顺利推行，保证制度有效健康发展具有重要的意义。本文以农民为调查对象，以农民参保意愿为基础，采用文献研究和实地调研相结合的方法，阐述调查地农民的参保现状，试图从个体基本特征、个体养老观念、家庭基本情况、村里基本情况、政府政策实施情况等五个方面来进行实地调研，采用二元Logistic回归分析对调查数据进行模型构建、变量赋值、数据分析。通过所得数据来分析城乡保制度统一进程中农民参保意愿受何种因素的影响，对影响因素进行分析并给予原因阐述。根据分析结果从充分发挥家庭养老作用、提高农民经济收入、加大财
