2、和全国烟草行业的竞争性也越来越强，我国烟草行业一直遵循着垄断体系，则改革创新是我国烟草行业未来发展的重点和目标。我国烟草行业中烟草物流网络布局的优化也是未来发展的重中之重。全国烟草公司都在提高服务水平和运作效率的前提下如何进行烟草物流成本的优化。为此本文先分析了南昌烟草物流的基本情况和其烟草物流配送等问题，其次分析了南昌烟草的供应商、客户、配送中心、外部环境等因素是如何影响南昌烟草物流配送网络布局的，接着构建了南昌烟草物流配送网络布局的评价指标体系，然后根据层次分析法和模糊评价法，建立出适用于南昌烟草物流
