2、监控数据采集系统实时数据的采集与监控及信息化建设都具有相当重要的意义。实时数据采集与监控（SCADA）系统是采集各站点的数据信息，并对这些信息进行存储、分析汇总等处理。通过数据分析，及时给出报警信息或向站点发出控制命令，控制站点设备的运行。 论文在了解实时数据采集与监控系统（SCADA）系统的基础上，对实时采 集到的数据、 监控状态的收集进行计算处理，并且从数据库的历史中获取的经验，进行优化调度，实现学校网管的智能化控制。充分运用现代化的信息技术手段，通过对SCADA系统的硬件和软件的设计，完成一个具有先进性、高可靠性、经济性的系统设计方案。
