2、而先秦儒家理想人格思想作为一颗耀眼的明珠，其中不乏一些精华之处可以为当代大学生人格的培养提供启示。在马克思主义理论的指导下，研究了当代大学生人格培养中存在的问题以及先秦儒家孔子、孟子、荀子的理想人格思想的嬗变和先秦儒家理想人格思想的内涵。运用了文献法和问卷调查法对当代大学生的“人生理想、义利观、协调能力、抗挫能力”这四个方面的人格培养进行了调研，由此引发先秦儒家理想人格思想对当代大学生人格培养问题的思考，挖掘出先秦儒家理想人格对当代大学生的人格培养具有现代价值。最终得出当代大学生的人格培养可以从修身立命、见利思义、仁爱和谐和自强不息这些方面进行培养，在培养过程中可以运用因材施教、率先垂
