2、方法，对MC公司顺利完成并购JD公司项目具有良好的借鉴价值。论文首先论述了选题背景、研究的方法、意义、内容、思路等。其次，对并购风险国内外研究现状和相关的理论知识进行了综述，重点是对企业并购风险的分类、识别、分析和控制中用到的理论和方法进行研究与分析。第三是重点概述了MC公司并购项目和风险管理现状，并分析了开展并购业务存在的问题。第四是重点对MC公司并购JD公司的项目风险进行了识别与分析，通过使用风险树和分段识别等方法，建立了风险分类框架，识别出项目风险清单，建立项目风险评价表。通过量化的指标明确了风险发生的可能性以及风险发生的影响程度，
