2、engChang’anUniversity,Xi’an,China摘要随着日益凸显的环境、资源问题的加剧，在建筑行业将绿色施工作为未来行业施工的发展方向，受到了更多的关注。如何推动以“四节一环保”为目标宗旨的绿色施工，对于建筑行业的健康发展显得极其重要。但是，从目前整个建筑行业的发展状况来看，绿色施工在建筑工程施工企业中的应用仍然不足、仍存在许多影响因素。如何顺利推动绿色施工在建筑工程施工企业中的应用是政府部门、社会公众、学者及工程实践者关注和研究的重要问题。从绿色施工的内涵、特点、评价体系及绿色建筑相关内容进行阐述，明确了推动绿色施工在建筑行业的发展是大势

3、所趋。具体开展以下几方面的研究：1）首次将ANP法应用于分析影响绿色施工在施工企业应用的各个因素，利用ANP方法建立影响绿色施工在施工企业应用的因素模型，运用SuperDecisions软件计算出影响绿色施工应用的主要影响因素，该模型较为完善合理，可以反映出绿色施工应用中所存在的问题。2）通过博弈论研究政府部门与施工企业之间的博弈行为分析，得出绿色施工实施过程中产生博弈的必然性，并构建政府部门与施工企业的博弈模型，结合ANP法的分析结果，为政府部门建立合理的绿色施工激励机制，提出合理化建议，提高建筑工程施工企业对绿色施工应用的积极性。3）通过绿色施工在样板工

4、程中的具体应用，并提出绿色施工效益分析图，结合实际案例分析绿色施工的经济效益、社会效益及环境效益，使施工企业真正了解实施绿色施工所能获得的益处，从而激励施工企业全面实施绿色施工。关键词：绿色施工，ANP法，博弈论，激励机制，效益分析iAbstractWiththeworseningofenvironmentandresourceproblems,asthefuturedevelopmentdirectionofconstructionindustry,thegreenconstructionceceivedmoreandmoreattention.Howto
